Hustle Wash & Cleaning Services LLC ("Hustle Wash," "we," "us," or "our") provides car detailing, fleet cleaning, and residential and commercial cleaning in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, and the Tri-State Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through hustlecleaning.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote or book a service through our booking form, we collect:

• Contact details: your first and last name, email address, and phone number.
• Service address: street address, apartment or suite, city, state, and ZIP code.
• Service details: the type of cleaning, and depending on the service, vehicle make, model, year, and service option; number of bedrooms and bathrooms; or business name, square footage, number of floors, and number of occupants, plus any add-ons you choose.
• Your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.

If you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and anything you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

Some technical information is processed so the site can work securely:

• Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
• Our booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person rather than a bot. Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address and browser details only to detect bots, as described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Google. So that we can tell which ads actually bring us work, this site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google Ads conversion tracking.

These tools set cookies in your browser and record when you submit the booking form or tap our phone number, along with the ad or search that brought you to the site. We use this only to measure our advertising. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not show you ads based on what you did on this site.

When you submit the booking form, your name, email address, phone number, and service address are also turned into a scrambled one-way code inside your browser and sent to Google in that form. Google compares the code against records it already holds, so it can confirm that one of our ads led to a booking. Your details are never sent to Google in readable form.

Google uses this information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. We use Google Consent Mode, so if you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area these advertising cookies stay switched off unless you agree to them. Wherever you are, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can review your own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us only to:

• Respond to your request and give you a quote.
• Schedule and perform the service you asked for.
• Contact you about your booking, such as confirming, rescheduling, or following up on that job.
• Protect our site and booking form from spam and abuse.
• Measure whether our Google ads lead to bookings, as described above.
• Keep the business records we are required to keep by law, such as tax and accounting records.

We do not send you promotional emails or text messages, and the only advertising use of your information is the measurement described above.

How your booking request is handled

When you submit the booking form, your details are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server, which formats them into an email and delivers it to our business inbox using Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). We do not save booking requests in a database, and our server does not record the contents of your request in its logs. Separately, your browser sends Google the scrambled code described under "Advertising and measurement."

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site, measure our advertising, and run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their service:

• Cloudflare, Inc., which delivers and secures our website and provides Turnstile bot protection.
• Amazon Web Services, Inc., which sends booking request emails to our inbox through Amazon SES.
• Google LLC, which provides Google Tag Manager and Google Ads conversion tracking, and which receives the scrambled code described above so we can measure our advertising.
• Hetzner Online GmbH, which hosts our website on servers in the United States.
• Our business email provider, which stores the emails we receive from you or about your booking.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or when we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others.

How long we keep your information

We keep booking request emails and related messages for as long as we need them to provide the service, answer questions about your booking, and keep the business records the law requires. After that, we delete them.

How we protect your information

Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and only the people who need your information to provide your service can access it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some information to meet our legal obligations, and we will tell you if that applies. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

To stop the advertising measurement described above, block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings. The booking form and the rest of the site will keep working normally.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This policy covers hustlecleaning.com only. Websites we link to, such as Cloudflare and Google, have their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
